ABOUT RICHARD SIERRA
Before opening his law practice in 2004, Rich Sierra founded and ran a national internet-based company. His entrepreneurial experience coupled with his law credentials give him a unique perspective on the legal issues that businesses face, enabling him to understand first-hand the need for timely and affordable legal advice.

Plus, his experience as owner of an internet-based national company, allows him to understand the many legal issues that can arise when doing business on the Internet.

EDUCATION/LEGAL CREDENTIALS
Rich earned a Bachelors of Science degree with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Tampa and a J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University Law Center in Ft. Lauderdale. In addition to being admitted to the Florida Bar, he is also admitted to the United States District Court Southern and Middle Districts.

Rich belongs to numerous professional and community organizations including the NSU Law Alumni Association (Board Member), University of Tampa Alumni Association, Broward Bar Association, Hispanic Bar Association, American Bar Association-Section of Science and Technology Law, American Trial Lawyers Association, Ft. Lauderdale Chapter-Phi Delta Theta Alumni Club, and various local Chambers of Commerce.

PERSONAL
Rich lives with his family in the Coral Springs area and is an avid skier and a student of Tae Kwon Do which he recently earned the rank of 2 nd Dan. He is also involved in local charities such as the National Autism Walk.
